Government personnel from strategically aligned nations, subject to case-by-case approval

We may request documentation to verify eligibility and may deny or revoke access at our sole discretion.
2. Account Registration

Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security concerns
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
3. Acceptable Use

5. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Digital Investigations Pro is the exclusive property of Digital Investigations Pro, including but not limited to:
Training materials
Tools, scripts, and methodologies
Reports, documentation, and written content
Website design, logos, text, graphics, and media
Software, algorithms, and instructional content
You may NOT:
Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display any of our content
Share training materials outside your authorized agency
Resell or sublicense any portion of the Services
Create derivative works based on our content
You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content solely for authorized professional use.
6. Payment Terms
All services require upfront payment.
Refunds may be requested within 30 days after completion of the sale.
Refunds may be denied if materials were accessed or downloaded, or if the request appears abusive or fraudulent.
Chargebacks filed without legitimate basis may result in account suspension and legal recovery of fees.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services at any time.
We are not responsible for:
Downtime
Data loss
Internet or hosting failures
User hardware or software issues
8. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, without notice, for:

Training effectiveness
Operational accuracy of tools
That content meets a specific investigative or technical need
That the Services will operate without interruption or errors
11. Compliance With Law

They have proper authorization for any investigative activity
They do not misuse our content for unauthorized purposes
We may deny service to any user suspected of illegal or unethical conduct.
12. Binding Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
No class actions or class arbitrations

Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise required by law
By using our Services, you waive the right to sue in court or to have a jury trial.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
