Welcome to Digital Investigations Pro (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, training programs, account portal, and any related online services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Our Services are restricted to the following authorized users:

U.S. law enforcement personnel

U.S. military personnel

U.S. government employees

Government personnel from strategically aligned nations, subject to case-by-case approval

Individuals acting on behalf of these entities with verifiable authorization

We may request documentation to verify eligibility and may deny or revoke access at our sole discretion.

2. Account Registration

To access certain Services, users must:

Create an account

Provide accurate and verifiable information

Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials

Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security concerns

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical activity

Misrepresent your identity, authority, or affiliation

Attempt to bypass access restrictions, security controls, or authentication

Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or modify any part of the Services

Keep all training materials, tools, documentation, reports, and methodologies confidential

Maintain confidentiality of other users, discussions, or restricted-access content

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Digital Investigations Pro is the exclusive property of Digital Investigations Pro, including but not limited to:

Training materials

Tools, scripts, and methodologies

Reports, documentation, and written content

Website design, logos, text, graphics, and media

Software, algorithms, and instructional content

You may NOT:

Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display any of our content

Share training materials outside your authorized agency

Resell or sublicense any portion of the Services

Create derivative works based on our content

You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content solely for authorized professional use.

6. Payment Terms

All services require upfront payment.

Refunds may be requested within 30 days after completion of the sale.

Refunds may be denied if materials were accessed or downloaded, or if the request appears abusive or fraudulent.

Chargebacks filed without legitimate basis may result in account suspension and legal recovery of fees.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services at any time.

We are not responsible for:

Downtime

Data loss

Internet or hosting failures

User hardware or software issues

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without notice, for:

Violations of these Terms

Inability to verify identity or authorization

Security concerns

Misuse, misconduct, or illegal activity

Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination:

You must cease using our Services

All licenses granted to you will immediately end

You must delete all downloaded materials

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including data loss or system issues.

This limitation applies even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

We do not guarantee:

Training effectiveness

Operational accuracy of tools

That content meets a specific investigative or technical need

That the Services will operate without interruption or errors

11. Compliance With Law

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that:

Their use of the Services complies with all applicable laws

They have proper authorization for any investigative activity

They do not misuse our content for unauthorized purposes

We may deny service to any user suspected of illegal or unethical conduct.

12. Binding Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

No class actions or class arbitrations

Arbitration will occur in Georgia, USA

Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise required by law

By using our Services, you waive the right to sue in court or to have a jury trial.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
